Bounce houses are always the highlight of the party. Let us take care of the delivery and set up, so you have one less thing to worry about.

All inflatables include, electric blower, stakes/weights, 1 electrical extension cord.

Grass area will always be first choice for placing the bouncer, we reserve the right on location for safety of riders and equipment. Unless you absolutely dont have any grass, we may be able to acomodate, but you need to inform us to explain the terrain. In different circumstances a fee will be applied, and you may need to supply a tarp big enough to place the bouncer.

We keep a close eye on the weather, any high precitation of rain or wind, we will cancel the reservation with refund. Safety is our priority.

All inflatables are same day rentals. NOT overnight or 24 hrs due to safety.

$100 cleaning fee will be applied if bouncers are not in the same condition clean and dry. This includes getting wet from rain. 

We highly advise you to supply a matt or towels by the entry so feet can be wiped. 

Key Safety Rules & Policies

• Supervision: A responsible adult must supervise the unit at all times.
• Prohibited Items: No shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, food, drinks, gum, candy, pets, toys, or silly string (which causes permanent damage).
• Participant Safety: No roughhousing, flips, or wrestling; group children by similar age/size.
• Usage Limitations: Do not climb on nets or roof; do not jump on the entry step.
• Weather & Power: Inflatables must be deflated during high winds (usually over 20 mph) or rain. Do not unplug the blower repeatedly.
• Damage/Cleaning: Fees apply for excessive cleaning (e.g., mud, silly string) or damage.

Rental Procedures

• Setup Area: Ensure a clear, flat, and clean area, usually at least 100 feet away from power sources.
• Cancellation: Policies vary, but 72 hours to 10 days notice is often required for refunds or credit.
• Liability: Renters assume liability for injury or damage during the rental period. 

Common Prohibited Items

• Silly string, confetti, and party streamers

• General Rules
• Bounce houses have a weight limit of 1200lbs.
• Water slide has a weight limit of 300lbs.
• The maximum number of riders of each group that should play in the bounce house at one time are,
• Children 8 & under, 10
• Children 9–12, 6/8
• Older Teens, 4/5
• Adults, 4
• All Riders must Remove Shoes, Eyeglasses, and Sharp Objects before entering.
• Absolutely no “Silly String”, Confetti, Gum, Food, Drinks, Sprays, or other sticky substances are not allowed in the bounce house. If upon pick up, such cleaning is required then a $50.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed.
• To avoid neck and back injuries, No Flips, No Piling, or Wrestling is allowed.
• Do not Bounce against the Sides or Near the Doorway, No Hanging from Basketball Net, Hoop, or Side Nets.
• Use only provided ball, other balls may cause serious injuries.
• If inflatable begins to lose air, make your way out the exit. Please note emergency exits on roof.
• Bouncer can turn over in high winds, unload riders immediately if wind exceed 25 mph, and turn off blower.
• Keep children away from Blower and Generator, they can cause serious injuries.
• Do not move the unit from where it was installed. If unit moves, pull the corner back to its original location of installation.
• Children’s safety depends upon you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. As the lessee of the bounce house, the safety of all riders is your responsibility.
• Weather Policy
  During Periods of severe weather conditions (ex. Rain, High Winds, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping it or not. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of rental agreement, there will be NO REFUNDS!
• Cancellation Policy
  As a courtesy, please cancel your reservations 4-5 business days before your reservation; If driver shows up to install bounce house and customer cancels at that moment, customer is liable for a $25 drivers fee.
• Refund Policy
  There will be absolutely no refunds once unit is installed.
• Release of Liability
  The Lessee shall be in charge of the bounce house unit’s operation, and is fully responsible for its operation as well as return of the bounce house unit in good working order. Lessor and its officers, employees and agents is/are not responsible for injury occurring to the Lessee or to any other persons using the bounce house, and the Lessee further agrees to hold the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents free and harmless against any injury or claims. The Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents from/against any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney’s fees and related costs involving the use and return of the bounce house, should legal action become necessary.
